The Dekliderm subscription program is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want to be delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable so you can make changes whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You can receive up to 50% off Dekliderm products with subscription orders!
Who is Eligible for the Dekliderm Subscription Program?
Anyone in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska are eligible for enrollment in the subscription program. At this time we do not offer this as an option for international orders, including Canada.
What Will Happen After I Join?
After you join the Dekliderm subscription program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ where you can cancel your subscription at any time.
We will place your Dekliderm subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency until you decide to cancel. We will send you an email reminder 15 days before each subscription order. Your renewal notice emails will also contain the link to the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ should you decide to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you’ve joined, the Dekliderm subscription program is easy to manage. You can cancel by clicking here and filling out the form. You can also contact us by email, customercare@dekliderm.com, or by phone, 1-800-973-0484 during business hours to cancel. Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellations to be processed.

Can I use a coupon on my subscription?
