What Is the Dekliderm subscription program?

The Dekliderm subscription program is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want to be delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable so you can make changes whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You can receive up to 20% off Dekliderm products with subscription orders!


Who is Eligible for the Dekliderm Subscription Program?

Anyone in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska are eligible for enrollment in the subscription program. At this time we do not offer this as an option for international orders, including Canada.


What Will Happen After I Join?

After you join the Dekliderm subscription program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ where you can cancel your subscription at any time.


We will place your Dekliderm subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency until you decide to cancel. We will send you an email reminder 15 days before each subscription order. Your renewal notice emails will also contain the link to the ‘Subscription Cancellation Form’ should you decide to cancel.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you’ve joined, the Dekliderm subscription program is easy to manage. You can cancel by clicking here and filling out the form. You can also contact us by email, customercare@dekliderm.com, or by phone, 1-800-973-0484 during business hours to cancel. Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellations to be processed.

Can I use a coupon on my subscription?

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a tube of Dekliderm last?

When used nightly as instructed a 15ml tube typically lasts between 2 and 4 weeks. The full size 50ml tube typically lasts between 4 and 8 weeks.

How do I incorporate this into my daily routine?

In the evening we recommend applying your skincare products in this order: cleanser, eye care, facial serums, neck cream, moisturizer. Use a good SPF 30 or higher moisturizer or sunscreen during the day.

How much neck cream should I use?

Typically, 3-4 pumps is enough for most people. Use 1 pump for each side of your neck, massaging to the center and along your jawline. Then use another 1-2 pumps to cover your chest area.

How long until I see results?

Some users may start to see results in as early as 2 weeks, but most will begin to see a difference after 4 weeks on daily use.

Do I need to wear sunscreen during the day?

Yes, when using Retinol-based products you should always protect your skin with a sunscreen or moisturizer that is SPF 30 or higher. 

What type of cleanser should I use before the neck cream?

Gentle cleansers are best. Avoid exfoliating cleansers, microdermabrasion, or any other abrasive skin care treatment that would exfoliate the skin before Retinol use.

Has this been tested on animals?

No. Dekliderm products are not tested on animals.
